How it Works

1. Choose your meals and place your order based on when you would like it delivered or ready for pick-up.

SANTA CLARITA VALLEY AREA

SUNDAY DELIVERY

Orders must be placed Wednesday by 8PM for delivery the following Sunday.

SUNDAY PICK-UP

Orders must be placed Wednesday by 8PM for free pick-up at our kitchen the following Sunday.

WEDNESDAY DELIVERY

Orders must be placed Sunday by 8PM for delivery the following Wednesday.

WEDNESDAY PICK-UP

Orders must be placed Sunday by 8PM for free pick-up at our kitchen the following Wednesday.

LOS ANGELES AREA

MONDAY DELIVERY

Orders must be placed Wednesday by 8PM for delivery the following Monday.

THURSDAY DELIVERY

Orders must be placed Sunday by 8PM for delivery the following Thursday.

2. If you select the "delivery" option, Plate Therapy arrives at your door on the designated day with your refrigerated bag full healthy meals. If you select "pick-up", your order will be waiting for you at our kitchen.
