When food is fresh it holds more of its nutritional value and flavors, so we keep our meals as fresh as possible. While others freeze their meals or use other preservation methods to prioritize shipping over nutrition, we believe that the closer each ingredient is to peak freshness, the better it is for your body.

02. Macros Beats Calories

We focus on the food source and nutrition, not counting calories (though we do that too). Because eating your therapy is so much more than measuring calories in, calories out. It's about the quality of each calorie and whether it's sourced from a fat, protein or carbohydrate.

It's not enough to just think about the foods you eat. It's just as important to think about how your food was grown. The more sustainable, healthy and organic, the better you're going to feel. That's why we choose to only work with local, organic farmers who don't use nitrates, antibiotics, hormones or GMOs. You don't want to be consuming those.

A lot of meal delivery services create a shocking amount of plastic waste. That's just wrong. Part of true Plate Therapy is acknowledging that keeping the planet healthy helps keeps 
us all healthy. So our packaging is fully biodegradable and recyclable and it always will be.

Fit in time for fitness, it's just as important as what you eat. Studies show that overall physical and mental health requires a balance of healthy food and activity. While we can provide 
you with the healthy food, we also want to provide you with the motivation for exercise too.
