An Update from Plate Therapy on Covid-19
Dear Plate Therapy family,
I am writing to share some important information, as well as my personal assurance, with regard to Plate Therapy procedures during the current COVID-19 outbreak.
At Plate Therapy, we always practice exceptionally high standards or cleanliness and food safety. This is due to the fact, we make our food from "scratch" using fresh, organic ingredients. At our local facility we control every aspect of the preparation, cooking, packing and delivery of our meals from "our kitchen to your fork". We always maintain a "stay at home when sick policy" for our team, as well as strict health procedures that include rigorous daily sanitation along with personal hygiene that includes frequent hand washing, use of plastic gloves, and constantly sanitizing contact surfaces.
Plate Therapy Delivery:
As we continue to deliver to Santa Clarita and select Los Angeles zip codes, please know:
• We sanitize our reusable delivery bags but as an extreme precaution we are temporarily delivering "one-time" reusable bags for our customers to keep. This is a gift from us to you.
• Everyone's favorite driver, Greg will be wearing gloves and doing door-drop delivery without any physical contact with our customers.
• Delivery Days: We will stay with the same schedule Santa Clarita Sunday/ Wednesday and Los Angeles Monday/ Thursday unless we need to alter schedule due to any unforeseen cercumstances.
Plate Therapy Grab n' Go:
• Temporary "Curbside Grab n' Go" service by our Grab n' Go team will be assisting with selecting your meals, processing payment and bringing them out to your car.
• Please call ahead for curbside at 661.888.1158 and put our number in your speed dial.
• Hours: Monday – Thursday 9 am- 5 pm, Friday – Sunday 9 am – 2 pm.
Finally, we continue to monitor and follow all additional CDC, WHO and local Health Department recommendations as we continue to serve our community.
